Joy of LIfe

"When you see a new trail, or a footprint that you do not know, follow it to the point of knowing."
-- Grandmother of Charles Eastman, SANTEE SIOUX

I have always loved to travel and follow that new trail. It probably came from my childhood because every weekend my Dad would try to have us do something new. He would go down the road that no one knew where it led too just to see what was at the end of it. I have many childhood memories of camping and having fun.

I was taught a love of nature and how life can be a surprise. I traveled all over the United States and saw so many beautiful things. I remember them in my mind and know that when I can not do adventures I will still remember what I did do. I have loved traveling overseas. I remember the beautiful color of the Oceans. The different things that happened and trying new things such as different food, and different things to see and do.

My Dad had a real joy of life and I lost him when I was 21 years old. I still miss him but I keep him alive during the holidays and every time I have the courage to go down that new trail. It is hard to be joyful of life in today's world. All of the things happening and having the media and life slanted towards worry and fear.

Joy of life is taking the good with the bad and always trusting that things will get better. It is being grateful for the one kind act in a horrible day. It is the ability to have a sense of humor no matter how bad things are and be able to make a joke about it. Joy of life is not giving up or being afraid and hopeless because something new and different is out there that you can find and go wow look at that and learn about it.

The world of today is to focused on what we can lose or might lose. Where is that excitement in talking about something new and different. The appreciation of others inspiration. The joy and happiness in something good happening to someone else because you know that if it happened to them it could happen to you.

Do not let anyone or anything take your joy from you. We are all here to experience life and be guided to our highest good.

Prophecy and Theory

Every theory is a self-fulfilling prophecy that orders experience into the framework it provides.
Ruth Hubbard

It is the 21st of December where I am living. The world has not ended and the Mayan Calender must have other places where it was extended. Yet people have been trying to bring the prophecy of a shift into existence. The end of the Earth. People are talking about moving up into other dimensions when they do not know what lives or exists there or if humanity can exist.

I see it as the battle between good and evil. Anything that brings about thought of what could happen to this world. Anything that causes people to be inspired to do good for themselves and others. It all happened in the year 2012. Yet look at the amount of money people made out of a theory. A theory is not something proven to be real.

Evil had a great deal of fun lessening something which could have been a real thing to bring good into this world. It was commercialized, and everyone got into the televisions shows and what the future could be. I saw much good happen with my own land energy clearing project and all the work others did to help the earth energies. Could it have happened to the extent that it did with out the end of the world? I am not sure.

My challenge to everyone is to live each day as if it is the end of the world. Do the good things for yourself and others that you would not do otherwise. Quit worrying and being afraid of change and the future because it won't matter anyway. Each day has a whole future wrapped up inside of it waiting to be let out. A future where people can be kind to each other, help each other, respect this earth and others, and do many wonderful things.

If everyone treated each day as a chance to do good the world would be a different place. You can still plan for retirement or to have extra money to help yourself yet think of just not worrying and how good it would feel to you. I am just going to enjoy the end of the world movies. Look how much people like to watch everything changing to something else. Yet we can make those changes and not have the world end like disasters in the movies or television. We can make the changes for real and make a better earth for humanity.

Unreal and Real

The unreal is more powerful than the real, because nothing is as perfect as you can imagine it. because its only intangible ideas, concepts, beliefs, fantasies that last. stone crumbles. wood rots. people, well, they die. but things as fragile as a thought, a dream, a legend, they can go on and on.
Chuck Palaniuk

Our dreams, yearnings, hopes and wishes are more powerful for us than reality. They make up what we want in life. People try to shape it by using the Law of Attraction to make everything good. It helps in many ways but sometimes we have beliefs that make our lives a living nightmare.

We shape everyone and everything in our lives to our concepts of how and what they are supposed to be and act. No one gets a break including the person who has these intangible ideas on what the person is supposed to be in their life.

Intangible ideas and concepts created jet airplanes, the automobile, the computer, the internet and the list could go on and on. The thinkers and dreamers made it so reality was shaped by their very dreams and fantasties of what could be done. Einstein and many others that were scientists have defined how our world is made and what it is made of by Physics which is the science of measurement.

No one has completely figured out how to see the unseen. The ghosthunters have made many developments in defining the unknown and giving science a way to measure ghosts. Psychics and spiritual people can see different energies. They can feel them but science has not defined many of these methods.

The only way to do this is to test out the methods personally where you know they work for you. I always test things out and what makes the energies change, people heal, and their lives get better may not be measured by science. Yet it can be felt and seen by the people who are having problems.

Love and kindness can not be measured by a machine yet they exist as our emotions and help to fuel any creative process and healing that exists. The unseen is the hardest thing to deal with because the situations we are put into bring alive our worse fears. Our own wanting, and needing may be turned into something different. It is always a challenge but we give more energy to worries than to the blessings in our lives. I agree the unreal is more powerful but the real should be blessed and glorified for all the good energies it can bring into our lives and good events.

The gift of life, love, happiness and joy should be our real focus and blessing our lives for the good they have in them will bring that good alive.

longing and yearning for love, and kindness

“The longing for sweets is really a yearning for love or "sweetness.”
― Marion Woodman

I really had to think about this quote. I was looking for a quote that would say how we sabotage ourselves in life. We really yearn, want and need things yet we tell ourselves we can not have them. Yet what prevents us from having these things. It is our own self putting blockages and obstacles in our way because of our expectations of how our life is supposed to be. We focus so much on the things that do not go right that we forget how much energy we put into it and then draw the bad into our lives.

I can not count the times when I have been upset that I went for that chocolate ice cream or candy bar. Why because Serotonin is produced when the chocolate is eaten. It is a chemical that the body makes that produces the following feelings aggression and feeling dominant. That food is abundant and there for us. It makes us more confident and feel better.

I have been exercising to lose weight and incorporating it into my spirituality by doing focused exercise with prayer. Yet reading in the chemical reactions show that it helps to produce more insulin and hunger. So it helps to cause diabetes when it is not balanced properly.

I wonder if this is part of the problem with people yearning and craving for sweets all of the time. It is the need for sweetness and love in their lives. In America I believe it is also the food additives and food dyes. I am eating natural food and it does not cause the problems that the regular food causes me in my health.  Yet all of Americans do not seem to have the family support and being included in groups of people that know and love you.

In the Philippines where I am at now there is something called a Barkada which is a group of friends you have known since childhood. You have love available besides your family. They also have stronger families yet they still have problems with diabetes and sweets. Could it be the desire of yearning for a better life, being treated with more kindness, courtesy and respect that causes this in everyone?

Could yearning, need and wanting the better things in life cause many other social problems instead of being happy and just trying to improve our lives? I always hear about negative thoughts and the power of attraction yet maybe it is more yearning for what is not in our lives. It also ties into jealousy and envy.

I know that believing that the divine wants the best for you with unconditional love and just acceptance of what exists until something better happens is to me the best solution. I always trust that things will change for the better. It may take longer than I want at times but it always does change for the better. Mostly through the kindness and love of the divine and people who show love and sweetness to me.

Welcome to my Blog

My blog will be about my work helping others with spiritual problems. I will talk about methods, try to brainstorm on different methods, and many of the problems I encounter and the people encounter with being able to be healed.
