Self-Respect

Self-respect cannot be hunted.  It cannot be purchased.  It is never for sale.  It cannot be fabricated out of public relations.  It comes to us when we are alone, in quiet moments, in quiet places, when e suddenly realize that, knowing the good, we have done it; knowing the beautiful, we have served it; knowing the truth we have spoken it.  ~Whitney Griswold

I know that people say to others you have no self-esteem or self-respect. It is because we are being judged by them by their expectations and standards. What brings self-respect is knowing that we will do the right thing for ourselves and others. Speaking the truth is not always as easy to do as many times our truths hurt others feelings. The most beautiful thing in the Universe is the Divine, God, Goddess or what ever name you feel the creator of love and life is named.

The joy of a good friend, the happiness of being around others, and visiting the places we love. It is all a part of beauty. Doing what we want to do with out living out the expectations of others is also good. I am having fun just being myself and socializing at lunch with people in a neighborhood in the Philippines. It is nice because I am being treated as a real person. I am Nita and not just another foreigner in the Metro Manila area. I am myself.

The work I do requires that I work upon myself and my actions at all times. The challenges and choices get harder and more subtle when I do get to the point of which direction my life will go. Yet I have to look at myself and what I want to be. I have to learn to control what I am and the best way to treat myself and others. It is what life is all about in this world.

Welcome to my Blog

My blog will be about my work helping others with spiritual problems. I will talk about methods, try to brainstorm on different methods, and many of the problems I encounter and the people encounter with being able to be healed.
